I. General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the legal relationship between:

(hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”)

and any natural or legal person (hereinafter referred to as the “Buyer”) purchasing products through the online store www.testosteronplus.eu (the “Online Store”).

By placing an order through the Online Store, the Buyer agrees to these Terms and Conditions.

II. Products and Orders

The Online Store offers Testosterone+, a dietary supplement intended to complement a balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.

The product:

  • is not a medicinal product;

  • is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease;

  • is intended for adults aged 18 years and older;

  • is not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women.

Orders are placed electronically through the Online Store.

By submitting an order, the Buyer confirms that all information provided is accurate and complete.

All orders are subject to product availability.

After the order is received, the Seller will send an order confirmation by email.

The purchase contract is concluded when the order confirmation is delivered to the Buyer.

The contract is concluded in the English language and is archived electronically by the Seller for a period of five (5) years.

III. Prices and Payment

All prices displayed in the Online Store are final and include VAT where applicable.

The Buyer may pay using:

  • Online payment card

  • Cash on delivery (if available)

Any additional charges, including shipping fees, are clearly displayed before the order is completed.

In the event of an obvious pricing error, the Seller reserves the right to cancel the order prior to shipment.

The Buyer is obliged to pay the full purchase price, including all applicable fees.

IV. Delivery

Products are delivered via courier service.

The standard delivery period is between 2 and 5 business days.

Should any delay occur, the Buyer will be informed by email.

For products offered as pre-orders and clearly marked as such on the product page, delivery may take up to 30 calendar days. The Buyer will be informed of the expected delivery period before placing the order.

If the Buyer selects cash on delivery and unjustifiably refuses to accept the shipment, the Seller reserves the right to recover the actual costs incurred for shipping and packaging, up to a maximum amount of €8.

V. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without providing any reason within 14 days from the date of receiving the goods.

To exercise this right, the Buyer must notify the Seller by email at:

The Buyer shall return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying the Seller of the withdrawal.

The Buyer bears the direct cost of returning the goods.

The Seller will refund all payments received from the Buyer, including standard delivery charges, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if the seal has been broken after delivery;

  • goods damaged through improper handling by the Buyer.

VI. Warranty and Complaints

Products are covered by a statutory warranty period of 24 months.

Complaints should be submitted to:

The complaint should include:

  • a description of the defect;

  • photographs documenting the defect, where applicable;

  • proof of purchase.

The Seller will process the complaint without undue delay and no later than 30 days from its submission.

The warranty does not cover:

  • damage caused by improper use;

  • damage caused by improper storage;

  • normal wear and tear;

  • free promotional gifts provided with an order.

VII. Privacy Protection

The Seller processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection legislation, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

VIII. Alternative Dispute Resolution

The Buyer has the right to contact the Seller with a request for remedy if dissatisfied with a complaint handling process.

If the dispute cannot be resolved directly with the Seller, the Buyer may seek alternative dispute resolution through the Slovak Trade Inspection Authority or through the European Online Dispute Resolution platform:

IX. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Slovak Republic.

Nothing in these Terms shall deprive consumers of rights granted to them under applicable consumer protection laws.

X. Final Provisions

These Terms and Conditions are effective as of 1 June 2024.

The Seller reserves the right to amend or update these Terms at any time.

Any amendments become effective upon publication on the Online Store.

Contracts concluded prior to any amendment shall remain governed by the version of the Terms valid at the time of conclusion.
